Russ will demonstrate with his horse, sharing his Kozak Horsemanship step by step method of teaching a resistant free back up. Participants will join Russ with their horses to learn exercises that build coordination and softness in both left and right sides, shoulders and the hindquarters. Russ will explain the importance of controlling the hindquarters resulting in a straight back up, also relieving stress for both horse and rider.
